I've tried a few of those meditation apps out there, and I liked them. But when I get, let's say, "over-passionate" in my afternoon meetings, it's not like I can just whip out the app right then and there.
I tried meditation. I don't like it. It's too hard, and I can't clear my mind. I'm not the kind of person who can sit still and clear my thoughts - that's just not for me.
I'm too busy juggling all the things. Trying to get my kids to pay attention to their zoom call while also juggling running the morning team huddle. Fit in a meditation? yeah right.
I get it. And that's why i created
An "Achiever", according to Gallup's Strengths-Finder, and recovering over-achiever/perfectionist (self-diagnosed).
After suffering from major burn-out (even pre-2020), I discovered meditation and it changed everything. I made it my goal to share mindfulness practices with fellow high-performers. But, after working with hundreds of corporate clients, the same objections kept surfacing. "I don't have time to fit this into my day", "I am just not a meditator", or even, "I WANT to enjoy it, because I feel the positive effects, but something is missing in making it click".
So, I created The Mindful Masterclass to help high-achievers learn quick tools that they can curate themselves to incorporate into their busy lives and reap the benefits FAST. My #1 goal is to give people the tools they need to empower themselves to become the best version of themselves.

What to expect
MODULE 3: BREATHWORK
The newest "trend" in the wellness space, but for good reason. If you've ever said, "I'm too busy to meditate", then breathwork may be for you. By simply breathing in specific patterns, intentionally, you're able to access many of the same benefits of meditation.
MODULE 4: MEDITATION
Meditation has been around for thousands of years - it's a proven practice with loads of benefits, but there's still a bit of mystery around how to do it, and if you're doing it right. This module breaks down different types of meditations and how to incorproate them into your everyday life easily - with our without an app to follow along.
MODULE 1: INTRODUCTION TO MINDFULNESS
What mindfulness ACTUALLY is, why it works - based on science and physiology. Outlines the program goals and emphasis on bio-individuality for your practice.
MODULE 2: MINDFUL MOVEMENT
Learn why many people fail when starting a mindfulness practice and how easy, intentional movements can transform your energy levels, quickly. Includes a library of easy dynamic and static movements, for days when you just aren't going to put on sneakers.
