Mindfulness is what the (working) world needs now. In a time where our work demands continue to intensify, it’s imperative we create the space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with ourselves.
Studies have shown that practicing mindfulness has a host of benefits, like becoming more decisive, productive, and less fearful. But, I teach mindfulness at companies because it keeps each of us connected to our own sense of purpose (which is very easy to lose in the everyday hustle).
I help business care for their employees wellbeing through actionable mindfulness tools so they go from anxious to calm, fast.
It’s true that we each have important roles to play in organizations, but our purpose has nothing to do with title, status, or project. Our purpose involves connection, support, and growth. The practice of mindfulness keeps bringing us back to our purpose – it helps us focus on the important stuff and stop sweating the small stuff. When we have purpose and perspective, we have happiness. Happy people create great cultures, great products, and great services. It’s what the world needs now.
